This was the loudest event I’ve ever mixed, including the Chicago NASCAR race. The stage was built inside a spare hangar at an active heliport, with aircraft taking off and landing throughout the night on top of an already extreme SPL.

Working with an exclusively Spanish-speaking crew, we used Google Translate to troubleshoot network issues between consoles and computers as air time approached. Despite the pressure, we resolved all issues and delivered a clean show to an international audience.
